      The PTFCF considers multi-year projects (at most three years), depending on the project components and activities necessary to achieve the objectives. E. Eligible Institutions
     The following types of organization and institutions are eligible:

     PTFCF discourages multiple proposals from single proponents. Second or subsequent proposals from current PTFCF grantees maybe considered contingent on the delivery of results of the current project.

F. Evaluation
     The selection of projects for funding is a competitive process. Initial evaluation will be done through the concept proposals. The PTFCF has a program committee that evaluates and ranks the submissions. Concept proposals that are being considered will be notified and asked to prepare a full Project Proposal, the requirements for which will be available at the PTFCF website.

Concept proposals that do not conform to the guidelines will not be evaluated.

Criteria used for the evaluation include:
1. Compliance with the Call for Concept proposals;
2. Project site (conservation value, level of threats, manageability);
